This form is for the sole purpose of converting a Nevada entity to Wyoming, the following services are provided in said conversion and is not considered a Nevada registered agent function.
SECTION I: Wyoming Conversion
The price includes the following services to convert (filing of continuance) the company to Wyoming" Total Fee: $575
- First Annual Registered Agent Services in Wyoming.
- Articles of continuance is Wyoming.
- Preparation of Articles of continuance.
- Preparation of Dissolution in Nevada.
- Ordering Certified copy of Article and any amendments (if Applicable) costs may be additional.
- Preparation of Resolution to Relocate to Wyoming and dissolve in Nevada.
- Notarized documentation.
- Prepare and Order Proxy RA Form.
- Dissolution of entity in Nevada after entity is accepted into Wyoming. Dissolution must be filed in Nevada and proof of filed copy of dissolution forwarded to Wyoming.
- Prepare of copy of package with original signatures (where applicable) and one complete copy of entire package and MAIL to Wyoming. (Wyoming SOS does not except any other method of conveyance).
